1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GrandVue Staffing Alliance (“Company”, “we”, “us”) services—whether via website, SMS, email or otherwise—you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services; Eligibility
2.1 Services. We provide staffing and workforce-solutions services.
2.2 Eligibility. You represent and warrant you are at least 18 years old, have full power to enter into these T&C, and comply with all eligibility requirements for any services you request.

3. SMS Terms (if you subscribe to text messaging)
3.1 Opt‐In. By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Company. Message frequency varies by program.
3.2 Message & Data Rates. Carrier message and data rates may apply.
3.3 Opt‐Out. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. After you send STOP, we will send a final confirmation message, then you will receive no further messages.
3.4 Hours of Operation. You may receive messages between 8 AM and 8 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Friday.

4. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use our services in violation of applicable law; (b) send spam or unsolicited messages; (c) interfere with the operation of our systems; or (d) infringe the rights of others.

5. Privacy
Your use of SMS, website and other services is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.grandvuesa.com/privacy. By using our services you consent to collection, use and disclosure of your information as described there.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos and materials on our website and messages are owned by or licensed to Company. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
7.1 Disclaimer. Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
7.2 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to these T&C or your use of our services shall not exceed $1,000. In no event will Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Company and its officers, directors and employees from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these T&C, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These T&C are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Berks County, Pennsylvania.

10. Modifications
We may update these T&C at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitute your acceptance.
